1Who looks after your data

กูรูสามก๊ก (SamkokGuru) is the data controller for buyers and for people who contact us through this site, under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).

2When you visit

• This site sets no cookies and has no analytics, tracking ads or third-party scripts.
• The web host may log technical data such as IP address, time and browser type for security, under its own policy.

3When you buy

• Payment happens on Stripe's page. Stripe collects what you enter, such as email, name and card details, under the Stripe Privacy Policy.
• From Stripe we see your email, the name you entered, amount, date and time, payment method, card brand and last four digits, and fraud-check data such as country. We never see the full card number or security code.

4When you contact us

We receive your account name, message and anything you choose to send. Messages through Facebook or LINE are also covered by those platforms' policies.

5What we use it for

• Delivering the files, resending download links and answering questions about your purchase, under our contract with you.
• Refunds and payment problems.
• Sales records for accounting and tax, as the law requires.
• Preventing fraud and unauthorised sharing of the files.

We never sell or trade your data, and we send no marketing email unless you ask for it.

6Who else sees it

Stripe (payments), our web host and email provider, and government authorities when the law requires. Some of these providers store data outside Thailand under their own data protection standards.

7How long we keep it

Purchase records for up to 5 years from the purchase date, for sales and tax records, then deleted. Messages only as long as needed to answer and look after your order.

8Your rights

You can ask to see or get a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a machine-readable format, and withdraw consent. Send requests through the channels below and we answer within 30 days. Records the law requires us to keep, such as tax records, may not be deletable at once. You can complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee office (PDPC).

9Security

Every page uses HTTPS. Card data never passes through our site and we do not store it.

10Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top. Before we start using cookies or analytics, we will say so here.
